Ability, skill, and the understanding of complex musical compositions is the simple framework of a soul’s heart toward God. In many conferences and seminars there’s often discussion of ministry for God or to God. While both have awesome merits and value, your focus and true north compass should be to make your lifelong pursuit-His presence.

Using music as tool for evangelism is brilliant. Likewise, having appropriate songs and sounds for altar times of salvation, dedication, or weddings, and funerals are all needed and acceptable. Being motivated in praise and stirred up with toe tapping infusion of gospel is always exhilarating. Certainly, it would be unthinkable to sit at home around the fireplace during a season like Christmas in silence. By default, we’ve all been guilty of attributing more importance to a name than the function or goal of our songs. What really matters though, is the audience of ONE. His name, that name that is above EVERY name is what matters. Remember:
